The latest news from the American Farm Heritage Museum:

We are working daily insilating in the main pavillion. We would love help if you have spare time. If you are interested and would like to help, call Ollie at 618-267-3050

The museum will be closed during the winter months, from Oct. 27 until May 10. We will re-open in May with all new displays. Keep checking back on our Web site for all the latest news and upcoming events!

And in other AFHM news:

  • The museum would like to get some volunteers to sit inside the building and greet visitors. These "building sitters" are needed for Saturdays during the spring, summer, and fall months and would work in shifts from 8:30 a.m. to noon and noon to 3:30 p.m. Call (618) 664-3050 to be put on the schedule.
