The American Farm Heritage Museum will soon include a reconstruction of Hills Fort, one of three forts built in Bond County around the year 1800. Hills Fort was likely built around 1806.

The AFHM is working closely with the Hills Fort Society to help educate the public about the importance of this fort and its rich history.
